Oppskrift på ovnsrett med laks og grønnsaker

Ettersom jeg har spist litt vel ofte pølser tenkte jeg at jeg skulle prøve meg på litt sunn middag i dag! Mamma hadde handlet inn mye god mat, så jeg fant masse jeg kunne lage. Valget falt på fisk, grønnsaker og ris - kjempesunt!!! Føler meg ganske stolt som valgte dette isteden for en pizza.. Imponerende, eller hva?

Du trenger (4 personer):

  • Grønnsaker: Paprika, løk, broccoli, gulerøtter, tomat og sitron
  • 4-5 ferske eller frosne fiskefileter, feks laks
  • 1,5 boks lettrømme eller creme fraiche
  • Ris

Slik går du frem:

  1. Sett ovnen på 200 grader og skjær opp grønnsakene - paprika og løk (du kan også bruke gulerøtter og broccoli)
  2. Putt laksefiletene i en ildfast form/liten langpanne
  3. Legg de oppskårne grønnsakene mellom fiskefiletene
  4. Skvis på sitronsaft
  5. Sett i midten av ovnen på rist i 10 minutter
  6. Kok opp ris til 4 personer
  7. Ta ut formen, fyll på med lettrømme/creme fraiche - krydre med salt/pepper og sett så inn i igjen
  8. La det stå i ovnen i 5-10 minutter
  9. Ta ut, pynt evnt med noen friske grønnsaker
  10. Sik av risen, putt i bolle og pynt med tomater

Rå laksefileter, disse var ferdigkrydret med jalapeno tror jeg!


Legg de oppskårne grønnsakene mellom fiskefiletene og skvis sitron over, slik:

Sett retten i ovnen på 200 grader
Etter ca halveis steketid tar du ut retten og tilsetter lettrømme o.l

Strø på salt og pepper, eller annet krydder du liker, sett inn i ovnen igjen

Ta risen i en skål og pynt med tomater - enkelt og delikat!
Retten er ferdig og klar til serveriiing
